The Goal

Every year, more than 200,000 children are born with clubfoot—a condition that twists a baby’s feet inward, making walking impossible without treatment.

The good news? It’s treatable. The challenge? Access.

We’re stepping up to help—and we need runners, joggers, and power walkers like you to make it happen.

Your miles won’t just log distance. Together, they’ll complete 596 routes on Strava, creating 596 unique images that’ll help MiracleFeet expand access to life-changing treatment in 37 countries.

For these children, walking isn’t guaranteed. Running is unimaginable—until someone like you steps in.

Run. Draw. Change a Life. Donate your miles, so a child can take their first steps.

Below is a curated set of routes. Work these into your weekly routine—long runs, easy miles, tempo days, or race prep.

How this works:

  1. Log in with Strava
  2. Pick a distance that feels right for you.
  3. Follow the route and track it on Strava.
  4. Tag #MilestoMiracle on any content you post

That’s it. You run. You track. We’ll take care of the rest.
